The Photographers of Sussex County is an organization of photographers that is open to individuals who have advanced beyond beginner status in photography and are serious about developing their skills both technically and creatively. The club meets on the 3rd Monday of each month from Sept. through June at 8pm in the administrative building at the Sussex County fair grounds, Plains Rd., Augusta, New Jersey.

The mission of a Toastmasters club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

The Ski Hawks are members of the National Show Ski Association which is affiliated with USA Water Ski - a national organization for competitive water sports.
Each year, all the teams compete on a regional level and winners advance to compete at the national level. There are 6 regions in the United States. The Ski Hawks compete in the Northeastern Region.

We provide programs for boys and girls over 3 years old. Our kids arena has been well received for little ones 6 months to 11 years, as a playground while parents workout. Fitness Memberships range from 10 visit pass to annual midday and full hours use. Club hours are 5 a.m. - 10 p.m. M-F, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Sat & Sun. Service oriented & family friendly environment.

The Sparta Camera Club meets twice monthly, on the first and third Wednesday of the month from Sept through June, at the Sparta Public Library in Sparta, NJ. The club is dedicated to all phases of photography and has exhibits and competitions for the beginner through the advanced amateur photographer.

The Sparta Chess Club's goal is to encourage students to play chess -- both recreationally and competitively in tournaments. The purpose of this association shall be to help develop Christian values and improve the quality of life in the local area by involving individuals and families in programs that develop Spirit, Mind and Body.

The purpose of the SCSHOF is to induct outstanding athletes, coaches and sports benefactors into the SCSHOF. The SCSHOF Museum in the lobby of the McNeice Auditorium of the Sussex Technical School in Sparta houses all 162 plaques of those inducted since 1976. Our meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month from January through October at the Newton VFW.
