Execution of non-negotiable standards of store operation including stocking, cleaning, merchandising, etc.

Minimum 18 years of age
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Demonstrated success in a retail sales environment is preferred
Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business needs including evenings, holidays and weekends ?Strong verbal and written communication skills ?Ability to work independently as well as on a team ?Excellent follow up and persuasion skills ?Bilingual a plus in some markets
