Thursday, June 3, the Better World Foundation will be sponsoring "Having A Healthy Pregnancy, Birth and Baby" from 7 - 8:30pm at the Tri-Co Community room on Route 206 in Augusta.  The program will be presented by Dr. Kim Stetzel of Branchville Family Chiropractic and will cover the following topics:  What to eat and what to avoid during pregnancy; The benefits of exercise; Ways to prevent and help backache during pregnancy; Pros and cons of common pre-natal tests; How to have your healthiest, easiest labor and delivery; The benefits of breastfeeding to you and your baby;  Crawling, walking and other vital developmental issues; To vaccinate or not - issues and info.   To reserve your seat or for more information call (973)948-5556.
